The aimpower team constantly tries to look beyond the horizon of what we already know - or what we think we know. And because there can never be enough inspiration, knowledge and new points of view, we are excited to welcome Hans Christian Schwingen, Mhairi McEwan and Tino Meitz to our Advisory Board. Coming from different backgrounds, they will help us to think outside the box by offering their expertise and know-how.
Having the support and valuable advice of three board advisors - each of them unique in their kowledge - means more opportunities, credibilty and effectiveness for us. Together we are looking beyond the horizon, while keeping the eyes on our goals.

The absatzwirtschaft journal counts Hans-Christian Schwingen "among those personalities who, based on their everyday experience in the field of brand strategy and leadership, serve as role models for the industry ". His professional stations led him, among others, to the advertising agency Springer & Jacoby, to Audi and to Deutsche Telekom, where as Chief Brand Officer he shaped a digital experience brand out of a ponderous technology provider.
Schwingen studied communication sciences and European business administration. He has received numerous awards in his career, including "CMO of the Year", and has been inducted into the "Global Marketer Hall of Fame". Today, as an independent consultant, he supports brands with a distinctive value-orientation in their revitalisation and renovation. We are happy to have Hans-Christian on the aimpower Advisory Board and look forward to interesting input regarding our brand and marketing strategy.

Mhairi McEwan is one of the pro’s in the marketing business. After many years of experience in leading Marketing & Sales positions at Unilever and PepsiCo, Mhairi co-founded Brand Learning, a specialist marketing and sales capability consultancy, in 2000. 17 years later, after growing the company as Group CEO with offices in London, New York and Singapore, serving global clients with an expert team of 170, Accenture acquired the business and Mhairi then headed up the global Marketing domain in Accenture (Customer Insight & Growth).
Awards like 'Best Leader‘ by The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies and Nominations in campaigns like 'Women changing the Business World speak for themselves – Mhairi is an exceptional voice in today’s marketing world, a Board Advisor, Board Trustee and a qualified Executive Coach. Dr. Tino Meitz

Tino Meitz, PD Dr. habil., studied psychology, communication science, economic policy and political science at the University of Münster, Germany. He spent over 20 years in academic research at prestigious universities in Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, and the USA. With more than over 100 scientific publications, Tino is an influential scholar within the field of cognitive information processing of mediated communication. His award-winning research is published in top journals like Nature: scientific reports, Journal of Experimental Psychology, Memory & Cognition, Media Psychology etc.
As an entrepreneur, Tino is one of the founders of SCHRAMM|MEITZ&PARTNERS, a strategic media business consulting corp as well as co-founder of the Cognition Lab, a research hub that is developing SaS for research purposes. Tino is a sought-after speaker on topics related to advertising impact and the cognitive processing of media content. He already holds several advisory mandates in Europe and the USA – and now also joins aimpower’s Advisory Board to give important insights from a scientific point of view.
